Group Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is an evidence-based therapy that focuses on mindfulness as a foundational part of recovery from difficult emotions and their resulting behaviors. It employs specific skills that can improve emotion regulation, provide safety during emotional crises, and assist in effectively communicating with others and navigating relationships. DBT utilizes both group and individual therapy.
